Refund policy

At The Craft Depository, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If something is not quite right, please read our policy below.

Returns

We accept returns for eligible physical items within 14 days of delivery, in line with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Items must be returned in original packaging where possible

  • Proof of purchase is required

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Digital products (PDF patterns, downloads, files)

  • Custom or personalised items

  • Items purchased on sale or clearance

  • Items that show signs of use or damage caused after delivery


Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
We will cover return postage and offer a replacement or full refund, as required by UK law.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Processing time is typically 5–10 business days

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
